The occupation of Crimea has not been bloodless. Reshat Ametov turned to be the first victim of the invaders. He was 39, he had three children. Two years ago, Ametov called people to picket Council of Ministers of Crimea and went to a single protest in Simferopol.

That protest was the last in his life.

A flashmob dedicated to the memory of Crimean Tatar Reshat Ametov will be held at Sophiiska Square on March 16 at 1 p.m.

Activists, Reshat Ametov’s relatives and all the people indifferent to what is happening in Crimea will come to one of the main squares of the country in a silent protest with cardboard human figures in hands.

The goal of the flashmob is to remind that everyone can and should fight for justice and the voice of each one of us is extremely important.

► Who can participate: activists; human rights defenders; Crimeans living in Kiev; all who are not indifferent to events that occur on the peninsula.

► Everyone from anywhere in the world can support the protest. For this purpose, please send your name on the mail help@krymsos.com with the subject “Flashmob of the memory of Reshat Ametov”. We will put all the names on cardboard human figures that flashmob participants will hold in hands.

► Flashmob is organised by close people of Reshat Ametov, public organization “CrimeaSOS”.

► If you have questions, please, write via e-mail j.fedotovskyh@krymsos.com or call 0987828496 (Julia).
