“Crimean saboteur” Dudka complains about lack of medical aid in SIZO

Defendant in the so-called “case of saboteurs” Volodymyr Dudka declared in the court that the necessary medical aid is not provided to him and other detainees in the SIZO (pre-trial detention centre) of Simferopol.

As reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group on their Facebook page.

“Dudka complained to the court on the cold temperature in SIZO cell, there are constant drafts. Medical supplies, which were brought by relatives, were given with a delay of a month”, – said in a statement.

Crimean Human Rights Group reminds that the condition of Volodymyr Dudka worsened after the detainment, several chronic diseases aggravated.

“Even in December of last year it was clear that Volodymyr Dudka needs medical examination. He is trying to treat himself, but without help of professionals such treatment will come to nothing. Lawyer of Volodymyr Dudka sent a lawyer’s request to the infirmary of SIZO on the health of his client, but so far he has received no answer”, – stated in the Crimean Human Rights Group.

Earlier it was reported that the chronic diseases of Dmytro Shtyblikov, a “saboteur” who was detained in the Crimea, were aggravated.

As a reminder, On November 10, FSB reported about the arrest of three “Ukrainian saboteur”: experts of the Nomos center Dmytro Shtyblikov and Oleksiy Bessarabov, and the inhabitant of Crimea Volodymyr Dudka. A court in Sevastopol arrested them for two months. Security service claims that the suspects were planning acts of sabotage in Crimea.

Four days later FSB published a video of the interrogation of the detained Ukrainians, where they allegedly confirm they work for Ukrainian intelligence. While not speaking directly about preparation of acts of sabotage on the peninsula.

On November 21, the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol arrested Oleksiy Stogniy and Glib Shabliy, two more figurants in the case of preparing acts of sabotage in the Crimea.

On November 24, FSB reported about the arrest of Leonid Parkhomenko, a former service member of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, on suspicion of treason against the State. He was detained in the detained by Russia Sevastopol.

In August, FSB informed about “terrorist acts”, which were allegedly prepared by Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. As stated by the Security Service, Russian militant and officer of FSB died during the prevention of sabotage.

Two Ukrainians were arrested in the case of preparation of terrorist acts, namely Evgen Panov and Andriy Zachtiy. Ukrainian Ministry of Defense stated that both of them do not have any connection with Ukrainian intelligence.

According to the human rights defenders, Panov was tortured for few days, afterwards he confirmed his “involvement” in the intelligence actions on a video that was recorded by the Special Services.
