Twenty-one underage fighters killed during ATO – Poroshenko

This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during the lesson of courage at the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum, devoted to Day of Heroes of Kruty, Interfax-Ukraine news agency reports.
“2,269 our soldiers died defending Ukraine from Russian aggression,” Poroshenko said.
According to Ukrainian President, 21 men younger than 18 years old were killed as of the end of 2015.
Poroshenko also noted that 121,000 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had received the status of combatants over the ATO period.
As a reminder, Ukraine commemorates the victims of Battle of Kruty on January 29.
